Arriving, Check-In, & Check-Out

Finding the Property
  • Address: 1325 N Bosworth Ave, Apt. G, Chicago, IL 60642.
  • Apt. G has its own gated entrance to the right of the building's main entrance. 
  • As soon as you enter Apt. G's exterior staircase, it will lead you down a few steps directly to the front door. 
  • Self-check-in is easy using our Schlage smart locks! We will program a special code and send it to you before your stay.

​Check-In
  • Self check-in after 3:00 PM. The door code will be sent a few hours prior to your check-in time.​​
Check-Out
  • Checkout before 10:00 AM. 
  • Please ensure that the house is vacated promptly at or before this time to enable our cleaning team to thoroughly clean the apartment for new guests. On check out please:
    • Place all trash in the garbage bags.
    • Load dishes into the dishwasher.
    • Clear the fridge and shelves of any food you brought with you.
    • Anything that has been moved should be put back where it was found.
    • Check to make sure you have all your items.
    • There is no need to strip the beds but please leave all towels in the bathroom.
    • Lock all windows and be sure the blinds are closed.
    • Please ensure that all lights and ceiling fans are turned off.
    • Be sure to lock the door upon your depature.

  1. No Pets: Our no pets policy is in place to maintain a clean and comfortable living space for all guests. We appreciate your cooperation in respecting this guideline during your stay.
  2. No Smoking: Our strict no-smoking policy preserves a fresh and clean atmosphere for all guests. Kindly adhere to this policy to ensure a pleasant stay for everyone.
  3. ​No Parties: Our property strictly prohibits parties, and we kindly ask guests to refrain from hosting gatherings that may disturb neighbors. Quiet hours from 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM
  4. Report Any Damages: We value the well-being of our property and your stay, so we kindly request guests to promptly report any damages or issues encountered during their visit.

Internet
  • Experience seamless connectivity with our high-speed Wi-Fi internet, boasting an impressive 800 Mbps download speed, offering unlimited free access throughout the apartment.

  • Please bear in mind security considerations and that we cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage caused through use of the wi-fi broadband. If you have any problems with the internet the most likely cause is an external problem with xfinity and are likely to resolve themselves after a short while.

Security
  • Schlage Smart Lock: Enjoy a hassle-free self-check-in with our Schlage locks! Utilize the Schlage touchscreen to unlock the apartment by entering your code; you'll hear the door automatically unlock. When departing, simply close the door and press the Lock logo button on the bottom right to secure the apartment.
  • Ring Cameras: The property features Ring Peephole Cam Doorbells at the front and side entryways. If someone rings the doorbell, you'll be alerted by Ring Chimes located throughout the apartment. Additionally, for added security, Ring cameras are installed at the front gate entry and alley, accessible only by the management.

​Outdoor Space
  • Please note that the outdoor space in back of the building is NOT available for AirBnb guest (sorry!).
  • The outdoor area in front of the Airbnb's entrance is exclusively for guests. During the warmer months, discover a tranquil setting with bench seating, turf, and a grill. Kindly be considerate of fellow guests and ensure you tidy up after yourself!​ No smoking is permitted in the building, apartment, or common areas. ​​​

​Parking
  • Complimentary street parking on Bosworth Ave is available only from 6 am to 6 pm. If you plan to park on the street outside these hours, a City of Chicago permit (Street Permit Zone: 154) is required. Some nearby streets offer free parking on days without City of Chicago street cleaning. Feel free to reach out if you require further assistance.

First Aid Kit, Fire Extinguisher, & Fire Blanket
  • Our first aid kit is conveniently located within the bathroom vanity for quick and easy access during emergencies. 
  • Our fire blanket and fire extinguisher is strategically positioned beneath the kitchen sink, providing a readily accessible and easily locatable emergency response tool.

Entertainment Devices
  • Roku Smart TV: Roku streaming device is available for you to easily log in to your subscriptions and stream your favorite shows
  • Bluetooth Speaker: Feel free to use the UE Boom Bluetooth Speaker in the kitchen for your favorite tunes. Just a friendly reminder to be mindful of the volume for the sake of our neighbors. (User Guide)

Kitchen Appliances & Tools
  • Nespresso Coffee: Standard and decaffeinated espresso capsules are provided in the drawer below the machine. 
    Please do not use any other capsule brand besides Nespresso.
  • Tea: Twinings Lemon & Ginger Herbal, Green, and English Breakfast tea will be provided in the drawer below the Nespresso.
  • Dishwasher: detergent tablets are provided and will be found under the sink. (User Guide) 
  • Microwave: built in above the oven. Please be sure to remove any metal, foil, styrofoam, cardboard prior to using.
  • Gas Stove & Oven: baking pans are located within the oven's storage unit located under the oven. (User Guide)
  • Cookware Essentials: Pots, Pans, Bowls, Dishes, Silverware, Glasses, Mugs, & Cooking Utensils can be found within the kitchen cabinets. 

Air Conditioning & Heating
  • Stay comfortable year-round with our central AC and heating system, conveniently adjustable through the Nest located in the hallway next to the side entryway. If you have any issues please contact us!

Washer, Dryer, & Ironing
  • Experience the ease of laundry in the utility closet between the bedroom and living room, with provided liquid detergent next to the machines. Only use liquid detergent and remember to empty the lint trap. 
  • You will find the iron and ironing board to the right of the washer and dryer within the utility closet

The Bathroom
  • Kindly dispose of only toilet paper in the toilet for optimal functioning. All other sanitary items should be discarded in the trash.
  •  If removing makeup, please use the black makeup removal towels provided to keep the bath and hand towels in pristine condition. Thank you!
  • Bathroom Essentials: Hair Dyer, Curling Iron, Makeup Towels, Bath Towels, Hand Towels, Shampoo, Conditioner, & Body Wash.
